Anka’s love for Real Estate is shown in every aspect of her life, she finds passion and excitement in the small details that show a home’s character and tells its story. She is devoted to her work and her clients, yet she would better describe this as doing what she loves.
 
Born and raised in Northern California, Anka attended San Diego State University and fell in love with San Diego beaches and the weather. She received her Bachelor’s in Hospitality and Tourism Management because she has always been drawn to working with and around people.
 
Anka comes from a family with strong cultural ties in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Her role model is her grandmother, who as an immigrant, started her brokerage in Northern California. Anka is named after her grandmother and feels honored to be following in her footsteps. In addition, growing up with a father in construction, Anka spent most of her time on job sites observing as concrete and wood created someone’s dream home. These aspects of Anka’s life have brought out her passion for Real Estate and what it has to offer in life.
 
Anka’s friends and clients would describe her as being approachable, passionate, detail-oriented, empathetic, and dependable. Her passion for Real Estate and for doing right by her clients shines through her strong work ethic. She enjoys unique, one-of-a-kind experiences and she wants to create that for others.
